Project Gemini
Probably not the most famous project that NASA has carried out. Anyway, it was critical to succeed it since it was, as people would say, a bridge to the moon. It was time to learn, to practice before going in deep space.

- After the Mercury Project, Gemini has a different goal. The purpose of this NASA project is to learn, to practice, to test, to invent… in other words, to progress in every area to be ready to go to the Moon.

Myths and Heroes
- In this document, the astronauts Grissom and Young are represented on a painting by the famous Norman Rockwell. It shows that Arts have also been influenced by the decade’s challenge. By being depicted on a painting, the two astronauts become icons for a whole generation. They are seen as heroes.
